12z ETA wetter & colder

at 6 HRs...

:?: :lol: Being the novice that I am...what is the map telling us? We are still having rain.....suppose to change to snow this evening, but with only 1-2 inches accumulation...I want snow--not rain!!!

the ETA is much more east and hence colder for the coast, will mean more snow in the corridor, less rain. I'll let a pro chime in in case I'm way off.

It is possible, but it is very weak and quick w/ the second storm, if the GFS folows suite like this then the amounts in the interior zones need to be lowered by at least half, and the amounts for the corridor need to raise.

FORECAST:
Phl-6-10"
Nyc- 4-8"
Ttn-6-10"

Im still not hooked on a huge snowstorm that will bring a foot to jersey

Stormchaser - you are wise to be cautious, especially since the ETA is notorious for overdoing QPF. Although I think the QPF estimates are not too far below what will materialize.

I actually agree with DT, I don't see Philly getting more than NYC

If the Eta is overdoin precip you should check out the GFS, even more PRECIP!!!
