I work at a grocery store, and, yep, I get to work out in it for the second Sunday in a row. :x

I guess, the NWS has a large range for totals by tomorrow night for the Omah area and south. 5-12 inches, what a range! Some areas around Lincoln Nebraska CIty and Shenadoa IA may see a few more inches than that , up to 15 inches possibly by all said and done Monday evening.

Go get em guys!! I hope you get a good dump-your snow pack will help winter stay here in Lawrence for a while longer!! Currently it is 33 degrees and drizzeling here-not freezing drizzle, just drizzle!! The south east part of this storm is not doing much currently-there is a good plum of moisture comming from the south west and Emproia to my south is now at freezing-we shall see-still in the game for 5 inches-which for this area the past 4 years is huge-even 5 would be our biggest single dump in 3 years!! have a good day and good luck!!

I'm not sure of the exact rate... I do know at times the visibility has been less and a 1/16mi. Right now I'd say it's between 1/4mi and 1/8mi.

Good for you guys!! I had about 2 hours of great snow-put down about an inch and half-made the roads a mess-but now I'm back to all rain with a temp of 34 degrees-weirdest stuff I've ever seen-I'm the only location w/in a 100 miles above freezing-even Whichita and Emporia are below freezing with snow!! Our local mets should do a phd on this-this is the seond weekend this has happened!!!

Forecasting precipitation type when the temperature is hovering around freezing is difficult enough, but how about when it is 12°F and sleeting.

Concord, New Hampshire was this cold and was reporting sleet twenty degrees below freezing. I heard this on my NOAA Weather Radio (Taunton, MA- NWS) during a winter storm several years ago.
