PUBLIC INFORMATION STATEMENT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OMAHA/VALLEY
700 AM CST MON FEB 2 2004

MOST OF THE ACCUMULATING SNOW FROM THIS MOST RECENT STORM HAD
SHIFTED TO NEAR THE MISSOURI RIVER AND POINTS EAST BY 630 AM
MONDAY.  THE FOLLOWING IS A QUICK ESTIMATE OF SOME STORM TOTALS THUS
FAR RECEIVED.  A MORE INCLUSIVE TABLE ALONG WITH A SNOW MAP SHOULD
BE AVAILABLE BY MID/LATE MORNING.

Yep I remember living there from 97-2000. Best storm I enjoyed was March 1998 - with over a foot of blowing snow in Omaha ! That was great. I remember 3.5 foot snow piles still on the sidestreets a week after the event. :D

A week. I heard on the news that piles of the white stuff maybe around by April :eek: :eek: :eek: !
