GRIMES-HARRIS-HOUSTON-JACKSON-LIBERTY-MADISON-MATAGORDA-MONTGOMERY-
POLK-SAN JACINTO-TRINITY-WALKER-WALLER-WASHINGTON-WHARTON-
700 AM CST THU FEB 12 2004

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.
HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
RAIN CHANCES WILL RETURN FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT. RAINFALL AMOUNTS
OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE BY THE TIME THE RAIN ENDS SATURDAY
MORNING.

ALONG AND NORTH OF A LINE FROM SOMERVILLE TO PENNINGTON THE RAIN MAY
MIX WITH SLEET OR SNOW LATE FRIDAY NIGHT AND EARLY SATURDAY MORNING
BEFORE IT ENDS. AT THIS TIME NO ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED AND
TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN ABOVE FREEZING.

OTHERWISE...HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

It's too bad that there isn't enough cold air with this system to see snow near the gulf coast. About 5 degrees colder and we would have a good shot of snow.

Maybe it will get colder than they previously thought. Wishful thinking, huh?

Hopefully bfez, I bet if I were to drive north to Alexandria saturday I would at least see some flurries.
