18z Meso Eta isentropic map 297K shows the Warm Conveyor Belt of upward motion in the East Coast Storm (offshore), trough conveyor belt (complete circle in the wind field near Cape Cod) and the Dry Conveyor Belt (downward motion). This shows the effective air transport and lifting or downward motion. Really neat! Too bad it's just missing/missed the shoreline for you guys on the East Coast.

Another site to get isentropic maps of the U.S. from 285 K to 320K (Wow. 320 K is pretty hot if it was real temperature in Kelvin)
