The Candian Model run from 0z, Models good in MR are?

Could someone please explain to me how the 0z Canadain goes from a 996 low to a 1002 low in 12 hrs...? and then back to a 996? hiccup?
Also SF, could you tell me what models are good in the MR? :eek:

Well the candian model for last the last storm showed a major snowstorm for I 95 for sometime. I personally don't look at it too much.

Ok..... but SF has stated that the ECMWF is an excellent MR model.... and its has shown a MAJOR hit from NYC south....
