Forecast contest time...
The GFS (and other models) nail DC with a big time snowstorm next week in its latest run. Of course, most 'virtual snowstorms' don't materialize. Think you can out-forecast the models and the CapitalWeather.com team? Tell us how much snow you think will fall between Tuesday and Thursday of next week (at Reagan National).
