Almost To Good To Be True...Almost

All the models, or atleast most seem to agree upon a BIG storm for the MA and NE, it's still 5-6 days out and the models agree, is this good. I mean it will change, but can this really be a shore thing this far out, NO. But there is increasing chances. Should we all start to honk?

some say that this is strikingly simular to the March 2001 storm, ummm missed storm. The -NAO will be stronger so that should prevent what happened in 01'.

I don't think it looks like March 2001 really at all. Here's the ETA 500mb height analysis from 0z March 5, 2001.

Philly and points south at least, 1evans. IMO, should be a decent hit for most of the MA.
