HISTORICAL STORMS AND CLIMO SRN STORM TRACK...AREAS AS FAR N AS
FVX...RIC AND TRI CITIES TO MDL PENINSULA WL HV TO WATCH THIS SYSTEM
CAREFULLY. DATA WL HV MORE ANSWERS THN MDL GDNC FROM THIS POINT ON...
PARTICULARLY SAT PIX...SFC OBS...RADAR...PROFILERS...SOUNDINGS AND
UPR PLOTS WL BE WATCHED CAREFULLY.

They seem to think the potential for amplification to bow the precip shield a little north exists. Based on the full discussion. The full discussion is very good and quite detailed.
