Question For Don
What do you think the snowfall totals will be for Detroit, Michigan as the data stands right now?

My thinking in October was between 40"-50". I might have a refinement after all the November data is in. Whether or not the PDO appears to be headed for an average < 0 this winter will be something that I'll have to pay closer attention to. In October, I thought it would average above 0 for the winter. The end of October figure was negative for the first time in more than a year. We'll see if it rebounded in November.
