netiher would I espeically over the Northern St Lawrence valley where ratios will be very impressive. evaporational cooling allows a pool of -10 C (or lower) h850 temps to form in that region coinciding w/ the UVV max which cranks out about a half inch of liquid. this should maximize depositional growth and enhance snow/liquid ratios.

BTW, one thing I hate about Yahoo's free site ... it only allows a certain amount of bandwidth per hour, otherwise, you'll receive an exceeded bandwidth error. Clears up in an hour or so ...

I know, and it really sucks. Once I use up the available disk space on the free site I'll upgrade to a premium account. I just bought Macromedia Dreamweaver this afternoon to make the pages, but I haven't had a chance to install it yet. For now I've been using Microsoft FrontPage 2000.
