White Christmas for South Texas?
It seems the unthinkable may happen this year. Forecast here in Corpus are showing some snow here Friday and Saturday. I hope its enough to build a S.Tex snowman.

LOL, wow that deep in Texas. I would keel over if Brownsville got snow.

I'm betting we are going to have a good snow fall. Why?
When the local TV mets say we are getting a trace or a brief rain shower, you can count on an all day rain event. The same is being said of the snow/sleet/ice event. If stay below freezing from Thursday PM till Saturday, we have a chance to have some good frozen precip of one sort or another.
Either way, it will feel like Christmas and I will not be wearing shorts this Christmas .

I'll pay the postage for the tobasco!! I hope you like keyboards Brent!!

Oh... and I don't mean a little snow on top of the cars or a dusting in the grass... you have to be able to measure it, meaning at least a half inch.

Same here. I just wish there was some snow to go along with it.
Brent, you had snow on New Years a few years ago. Significant snow too.
Not here... it was about 50 miles south of where I was living at the time. I had a puny inch.
It wasn't cold at Christmas.

Oh come on Brent. Do you know how hard it is to get "a little snow on top of the cars or a dusting on the grass" in Southeast Texas??

It doesn't count as a White Christmas though unless it can be measured.
