Stronger and more Northern Low

#1 Postby CYCLONE MIKE » Fri Dec 24, 2004 6:42 pm

Just read the latest NWS disc. out of Baton Rouge. They have been down-playing this all week, now have come around just in time for Christmas. Basically say the low will form ahead of schedule and be further north than thought. Gave us 80% chance snow/sleet for tonight and through Christmas Day. Will not go out on limb for accum. but that is fine as long as we get some of that rare white stuff.

On the latest GOM WV sat loop, is that the low spinning up just west of Corpus Christi. If so looks pretty wound up already. Opinions.
