SHOW LOW, 13 miles to my NW, made it on The Weather Channel for the FLOODING RAINS we're having  MAJOR street flooding is happening as I type this, warm rains on snowpack in the high country is causing MAJOR, MAJOR flooding here in town, as they say, "STUFF runs downhill!"

Now, parts of Sedona, The Village of Oak Creek have been evacuated due to heavy flooding.......more to come!

Considering the fact that the overall precipitation deficit for the past 9 years is equal to about 2 full years of rainfall in AZ, no the Drought is nowhere near being over and besides, we need heavy snow in the mountains not heavy rain since it's the snowmelt that fills resevoirs.
