NAO When will it go negative? East Coast Storm once it does?
Hello im John and i was just wondering if anybody knew the forecast of the NAO. Isnt it supposed to go negative during mid january? Isnt htere supposed to be a major east coast storm? If you give me information where did you get it from? What are some signs that it will definately change?
