Weakening El Nino - outlook for late winter/spring?

#1 Postby Planetsnow » Fri Feb 11, 2005 3:10 pm

How will a weakening El Nino affect the weather pattern the next few months, esp. in March? Will that mean cold and snow for areas that have had hardly any? Or will it mean drying out with less storminess?
