Sick and tired of New England getting all the snow!!!!!!!
What a bunch of snow hoggers over there!!!! Not even sharing. Another storm Saturday dumping 1-2 feet in NE. Here in Western NY, more measley little snow showers and flurries....enough to be annoying and not enough to be exciting. Why can't the storms go up the Hudson River for once?????

I know a lot of people are tired of not getting the big storms this year, besides the Midwest and New England WRT to heavy snows, but unfortunately, the overall longwave patterns this winter have supported just that, with an occasional fluke thrown in ... I know this is frustrating, but mother nature will do what its going to do no matter what we do ...
I'm a bit disappointed as well WRT to winter weather in the SE, although there were two events that were minor here (but hit ATL quite hard with ice and sleet), but at least, did occur. Seems also that the usual lake-effect machine that occurs several times during the winter didn't occur as well this year.

Exactly!!!!! NWS BUF screwed me over big time today. Forecast last night, at 10:00 PM, called for a LES band to move into Watertown today and dump 6-10 inches. It is 9:15 pm now and the most we have seen today were a few flurries. It was clear and sunny most of the day.

Do you think that the proposed windfarm in Nantucket Sound can be used to send the snow your way? Perhaps they can aim the vanes toward upstate NY?

We're pretty sick and tired of it also, so if you can figure out how to get the snow to go up the Hudson River, I'd be happy too!
