In the western part of Maryland, single digit low temps combined with a breezy northwest wind resulted in wind chills readings between minus 10 and minus 16. It sure looks like a great start for the first day of skiing operations at Wisp Ski Resort in western Maryland. Wisp opened today and it looks good out there.
