First anniversary of NC snow event

#1 Postby whereverwx » Tue Dec 20, 2005 2:11 am

At this time last year, it was snowing. My area received 2" of that white stuff. My area also bottomed out at 17°F (a new record for that day) and barely made it above 28°F the following afternoon. Although that was an early snow, January and the rest of winter was dry. I only counted about three flurries in January.

This is a detailed PDF document on the event

It was very cold here... that was the day I bought my DVD Recorder/VCR. It was around 14 that morning and barely got above freezing.
