If you put your mouse pointer on the little slider, and hold the left button down, you can control the speed of the loop, hold it stationary, and even make it go backwards.

I notice when the cloud line passes over water, almost immediatly after a river of clouds forms and drifts toward thw storm

what causes that?

DANG!!! I hear NYC got record snowfall yesterday...My grandma lives up in Long island...she said she got well over a foot of snow

Another four inches or so and NYC will have four back to back 40+ winters. Last year we broke the old record with the third such winter.
