yah! big storm coming all right

to me in my amateurish opinion this looks like it will be a coast hugger but the surprising thing is that i beleive there is the potential for the HEAVIEST SNOWS to fall over southern central pennsylvania eastward thru NW newjersey into the lower hudson valled just north of NYC and also i think hartford could see a big snow from this over to worcester and then circle that area back about 30 miles and this is the jackpot and i think they could have 12-18 inches of heavy wet snow with some spots as much as 2 feet of the heavy wet stuff.

i think boston gets about 6 then goes over to rain

newyork starts as boderline snow and i'm not so sure it changes over there with the storm heading pretty far to the south east of the city (could be a surprise here as well as in NEWARK and possibly philly

anyone have any opinions as to where the jack pot will be from this one again i say (pocano's thru southern berkshire's )

places like white plains over to hartford and worcesterare going to get buried. a think there may be a brief change to sleet in these places but nw of providence to boston line will stay frozen , and as usual the cape will get torential rains from 10 pm till early moring

Driving home from Atlantic City, it was all rain until I hit Hammonton, NJ. That's where there's an "imaginary" border line that splits the state in half from north to south almost anytime there's a snow storm/winter storm. If the shore/eastern areas are going to get the most snow, this is where it begins or vice versa.

I started to see a dusting of snow at about this time and there was also an accident that had involved a couple of cars. The further north I drove, the slushier it got and we were getting a mix of everything. I take the Atlantic City Expressway to and from work. by about Sicklerville which is about an exit away, there was a car that had just spun out into the trees on the side of the road. It was getting VERY SLICK. When I finally got home, the roads were covered in slush. Marty had shovelled and I shovelled and right now it doesn't look like we did a thing! The shrubs are all bent over from the weight of the ice and slush. The sleet is pinging against my bedroom window as I type. What a MESS!
