Haven't found anythingon that one. There is one for NE ?Houston area. I usually get alerts as they come out and haven't recieved one for what you mention. Doesn't mean it hasn't happened though. Off to radar to check it for hook echos.
Radar does show that warning, but the storms are moving toward the ENE toward Katy and eventually my area.

We are receiving torrential downpours with street flooding beginning to occur. I don't have a gauge here, but I am talking intensities that appear to be on the order of 3"-4" per hour. I base this on what i saw during Allisson and that is the only other time I have seen rain this intense. I have already talked to a man who saw cars floating in the Spring Branch area(where I live!!!
).
I just stickied this till the threat is over.

Well the heavy rain has let up, but my wife couldn't get home for lunch. Not sure what I will find when I get home this evening.
Update:Just got a call from the house. We are fine, but our streets are flooded. My rain guage shows 4.47" of rain so far today, and most of that came within the last 1.5-2 hours!!

No, there is more rain on the way, but hopefully not as intense as what we had earlier. flood warnings on Halls and Greens Bayous in N and E Houston now. Rain has picked up here again, but not nearly as intense as what we had earlier.
