I haven't been following this really closely due to svr wx and my Solo & Ensemble Festival on the same day :eek: , but the San Diego AFD does mention the possibility of a quick half inch.

Let's also hope this rain can make it to areas such as Arizona and Texas where they need it.

Looks like a definite possiblity.

Also, the CPC has "above normal" precipitation over much of eastern texas over the next few weeks, so that looks like good news.
