SPRING OUTLOOK UPDATE FL: UBOVE NORMAL TEMPS AND DRY
for the south and plains the continued above normal temps and dry conditions will prevail. come colder air may sneak down into chicago north eastern areas but warm will prevail. The dangers are fire and those waters will continue to be warm for this time of year so very warm waters for hurr looks likely.
