Weather computer Program

#1 Postby flyersfan0044 » Sat Aug 05, 2006 2:49 pm

Hello all, first message on here. I was just curious if anyone knew of a computer program that had scrolled a severe weather crawl on the bottom of the desktop when a warning or watch has been issued. Weather Depot has exactly what I want, however being a poor college kid paying off his tuition, its hard to pay the subscription fee every month. Does anyone know any FREE programs that I can download that have this? Or does anyone have any idea how I can go about making this computer program? I tried making one, but it was a huge failure. Thanks for any assistance.

Have a look at your local TV - station. Some offer free desktop-alert-engines. Such as NewsOK does.
