HOLY CRAP!

#1 Postby azsnowman » Sun Aug 13, 2006 4:57 pm

This is second BIG cell in as many days!!

Now......I needed radar information and I turned on The Weather Channel instead going online BUT as NORMAL with TWC these days, there's NO weather, just FLUFF and DUNG STORIES.....here's my post on TWC Message Board!

posted August 13, 2006 05:48 PM
The Weather Channel STRIKES AGAIN I'm under a "Severe Thunderstorm warning, Flash Flood Warning" and ALL that's ON is the "Forecast Earth" or some OTHER FLUFF AND DUNG story

Why even call yourselves "The Weather Channel"? To me this is FALSE advertising! I'm in law enforcement FULL TIME folks, I DEPEND on ACCURATE, "RELIABLE" weather information not some fluff and dung stories. You can BET your rear that "IF" this was happening on the East coast or a HURRICANE that programming would be suspended and LIVE coverage would be on.......

The Weather Channel has gone to POT. I shouldn't even be ONLINE right now with the severe weather but I "HAVE" to be with my job, I NEED to "Protect and Serve" the public UNLIKE The Weather Channel........PLEASE, do us ALL a favor, get OUT of the weather business and just do "Fluff and Dung" stories, OH WAIT.......you're doing it

BTW....this is the SECOND time this WEEK that this has happened..........Thanks for the ACCURATE and "RELIABLE" forecasts, keep it up, you're doing a GREAT job of keeping the public informed (about gardening, house fixer uppers!)

Much like The Weather Network used to be. Used to be all advertising and long range forecasting. They didn't even have meteorologists. They used to say "tornado warnings south of Winnipeg, now tomorrows conditions.". Things like that. Now though, they stay on severe weather situations reviewing all the warnings, looking at radar, and they have people who know what they are talking about.
