Thats what I woke up to at 4:30am, followed by the biggest torrent of rain I've ever seen (move over Isabel) This wasn't an inch per hour rainfall rate. This was an inch every few minutes it looked like.

You weren't the only one Floyd, it was NASTY here too! And it was nasty here early around 1AM, had some nice flooded roads to go over in PA/NJ this AM
