West Coast Florida Storms

#1 Postby StormLover » Tue Jun 17, 2003 4:51 pm

Finally we are getting our usual late afternoon to evening thunderstorms. Last to night there were some great light shows here. Marshall, I'll bet you enjoyed them also. First night there was some awesome in cloud lightning that just lit up the sky. Fantastic light show. Then last night we had a good little thunder storm that went through that dropped 4 inches of rain in Tampa and I got a whooping 1 1/2 inches measured in my gauge. Gotta love those late spring and summer thunder storms. :D

Very wet day across the Sunshine State today! :D

There is currently red echoes moving in from the Gulf of Mexico, moving toward the Florida peninsual. Tomorrow is expected to be just as wet.
