RIVER FLOOD WARNING ISSUED FOR THE CALCASIEU RIVER, AT SAM HOUSTON
JONES STATE PARK
RIVER FLOOD WARNING RE-ISSUED FOR THE CALCASIEU RIVER, AT GLENMORA...
OBERLIN...OLD TOWN BAY
RIVER FLOOD WARNING RE-ISSUED FOR THE VERMILION RIVER, AT LAFAYETTE,
SURREY STREET
RIVER FLOOD WARNING RE-ISSUED FOR THE BAYOU ANACOCO, AT ROSEPINE

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LAKE CHARLES HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR
THE VERMILION RIVER AT LAFAYETTE, SURREY STREET GAGE
* FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.
* AT 10AM THURSDAY THE STAGE WAS...10.4 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MODERATE FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 10.0 FEET
* THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO RISE TO AROUND 14 FEET THIS EVENING THEN
FALL OVERNIGHT TO AROUND 11 FEET.
* AT STAGES NEAR 14.0 FEET, MODERATE FLOODING IN LAFAYETTE, WITH
SIGNIFICANT FLOODING NEAR WHERE COULEES AND BAYOUS INTERSECT THE
VERMILION RIVER.

That is the last thing that they need.. Is more flooding. I know they have done and had one report of a Tornado in Louisana that destroyed a mobile home..
