Another Nebraska Tornado Death

#1 Postby weatherwunder » Tue Jun 24, 2003 9:48 am

We have not had a tornado death in 15 years, then 2 in as many days.

Last night a man was killed in Northern Nebraska as a result of a tornado there.

He was the father-in-law of one of my co-workers. He was crushed by his tractor while working in his field when the storm came in.

From volley ball sized hail to these tornados, Nebraska has sure been getting pounded. Hopefully you guys can catch a break soon.

I hope the storms move on soon Jeff. Nebraska has had more than its fair share of storms and tornadoes.

Thanks. Even as a storm chaser, it is starting to get a little old.

Yeah, I'm sure... these storms have been very dangerous, and it's exactly what Nebraska DOESN'T need right now! :o :o
