Harris County's Flooding History

It even has a Flash interactive history about Houston flooding. The most notorious Houston floods are 1875, 1929 (twice!), 1933, 1935, 1949, 1960, 1973, 1976, 1979, 1983, 1989, 1994, and 2001.
