The Topeka Bubble: Popped for now.

#1 Postby David » Mon Aug 11, 2003 10:40 am

Last night, storms raced from Iowa and Nebraska to Kansas and Missouri. Luckily, Topeka got in on the action. No severe watches/warnings were issued, but they brought alot of rain, about 1.00", winds up to an estimated 40-50mph(it looked that way at my house), and alot of CG lightning.

After that, another mini-round came through that developed behind the main line, brought about .05 more.

Now the heat builds. :(

Glad to hear you had a temporary bubble popping. :) My prayer worked. :D Let's hope it stays that way. ;)

Wish ours would pop here. It is hot, humid and dry. Keeps looking like rain and storms, but moves on around us.
