Brays Bayou victim

Sadly, one victim who may have perished in the flood waters in Brays Bayou in Houston during the torrential rains earlier this week was not a victim of the storm. Family members and rescue workers have announced that she left a suicide note and was distraught over a recent breakup with her boyfriend.
