Wind Damage from Yesterday.

#1 Postby TexasStooge » Fri Feb 20, 2004 8:34 am

The wind left very little damage in my area, the 50 MPH winds blew a tree over, knocking out a powerline at 2:40 PM CST, leaving the entire street without power for 15-20 minutes, including my High School.

There were only two SVRs out of the whole thing last night, and the POSSIBLE WW was not issued.

Definitely, I have a feeling at least Kansas and Missouri will see there first severe thunderstorm/tornado watches sometime in March, and perhaps Nebraska and Iowa.
