Tornado Warnings for Missouri????

Either this is a major mistake, which I am in total agrrement, or the system is totally messed up!
For ever county in Missouri, there is a Tornado Warning posted!
Looks like they may be doing a test possibly?

Yes, the National Weather Service offices in Dodge City,
Kansas; Hastings, Nebraska; Wichita and Kansas, Topeka,
Kansas had Tornado Warning Tests at 10:30 am Central Time.

Kansas City/Pleasant Hill, Missouri; Memphis, Tennessee;
Paducah, Kentucy, Quad Cities, IA/IL and Springfield,
Missouri had Tornado Warning Tests at 1:30 pm Central Time.


This week is Severe Weather Awareness Week in Kansas
and Missouri. This is Severe Weather Awareness Month for
Kentucky.

Illinois' Severe Weather Awareness Week was February
29th to March 6th.

I looked through the WFO's and didn't see any indication of them being tests. But, based on the weather currently, I knew it had to have been a test, and only a test!
Now, has anyone done their own Tornado Warning test within their own home? Do you know what to do if a Tornado threatens your location?

THE TEST TORNADO WARNING FOR ALL COUNTIES IN NORTH CENTRAL...
NORTHEAST AND EAST CENTRAL KANSAS...SERVED BY THE TOPEKA NATIONAL
WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE...HAS NOW EXPIRED. NO SEVERE WEATHER IS
OR WAS OCCURRING THE AREA....THIS IS ONLY A TEST.

THIS STATEMENT CONCLUDES THE TEST TORNADO WARNING. PARTICIPANTS
SHOULD MOVE OUT OF THEIR SHELTER AREAS AND RETURN TO ROUTINE
ACTIVITIES. THE TORNADO SAFETY DRILL HAS ENDED.

IN THE EVENT OF AN ACTUAL TORNADO...BE ALERT TO DOWNED POWER
LINES, BROKEN GLASS, DAMAGED BUILDINGS AND OTHER HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS CAUSED BY THE TORNADO.

EACH YEAR PEOPLE ARE INJURED AND KILLED BY SEVERE WEATHER,
INCLUDING HIGH WINDS...LIGHTNING...TORNADOES AND FLOODS. IT IS

I don't think many people do these tornado drills.

I assume many schools, especially those in Tornado Alley do the tornado drills when the National Weather Service office issue them
during their Severe Weather Awareness Weeks.

next-door to my big brother's basement. If I
get a "surprise" funnel, the laundry room is lower
than the rest of the house, and, a thick quilt for
cover will have to do!

Well, very simple, if they did this after April, then it could be too late, a tornado could have already struck...and there'd be many dead...which these SWA weeks are designed to AVOID...

I know here in Monett that hospitals and nursing homes also do drills in addition to the schools and some of our larger businesses.
