03/27/2004  F3               EDWARDS            KS   TRAINED SPOTTER

            TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF KINSLEY AND
            DISSIPATED 12 MILES NORTH OF KINSLEY. THE PATH LENGTH WAS
            10 MILES WITH A MAXIMUM WIDTH OF 3/4 MILE. SEVERAL FARMS
            WERE HIT. FIVE EQUIPMENT BUILDINGS WERE DESTROYED, AND A
            HOUSE WAS KNOCKED FROM ITS FOUNDATION. A STOCK TRAILER
            WAS BLOWN 3/4 MILE FROM ITS ORIGINAL LOCATION.

Looks like a nice squall line in central KS at this time.

Yeah, it extends up to the southern areas of the Omaha metro area (where I live). It gets a little mushy up this way, and as of this writing, no warnings on this line for about an hour and a half. Very close to going severe, though. Marble size hail and winds to 50 mph are likely.

I see your sig says "Light Rain" for Omaha. How is it in your neck of the woods though?

The Omaha Int'l Airport is located in northeast Omaha, so when the 7pm conditions arrive, you will see something different. :)
