THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PADUCAH KENTUCKY HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
NEW MADRID COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MISSOURI

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT

* AT 741 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER NORTH
LILBOURN...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.


* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE CATRON...HOWARDVILLE...LILBOURN...NEW
MADRID...BADERSVILLE AND FARRENBURG

THIS IS AN UPGRADE TO THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING WHICH WAS
PREVIOUSLY IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM

NOW IS THE TIME TO TAKE ACTION! SEEK SHELTER...BY MOVING INTO A
BASEMENT...OR INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF A STURDY BUILDING.
ABANDON MOBILE HOMES AND VEHICLES. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
