Parade goes smoothly without any storms
The City Of Irving's 4th of July Parade went smoothly today without any storms. Mainly, the skys were partly to mostly cloudy. They decided to have it on the 3rd so that they wouldn't disturb anyone Sunday, that and some people are going to church that day.
