TRINITY RIVER AT DALLAS.
OBSERVED STAGE:   24.1 FEET AT 0800 AM SATURDAY.
FLOOD STAGE:      30 FEET.
FORECAST:         THE RIVER HAS FALLEN BELOW FLOOD STAGE AND
CONTINUES TO RECEDE. THE THREAT OF FLOODING HAS
ENDED. LAST FORECAST FOR THIS EVENT.
