FINALLY......"Good Bye, Adios" to summer!

#1 Postby azsnowman » Wed Sep 15, 2004 10:38 am

With this past summers lack luster monsoon season, UNSEASONABLY HOT temps the past 3 weeks, it's TIME to bid the summer ADIOS and HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOO Autumn. Fairly potent cold front should be blasting thru these here parts starting Friday into the weekend!

.EXTENDED...TROUGH CONTINUES TO APPROACH THE AREA OVER THE WEEKEND.
IN ADVANCE OF THIS SYSTEM...MOISTURE IS EXPECTED TO MOVE NORTHWARD
OUT OF MEXICO RESULTING IN A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS ON SATURDAY
AND SUNDAY. THE AMOUNT OF MOISTURE REMAINS IN QUESTION AND DEPENDS
IN PART ON THE TRACK OF TROPICAL CYCLONE JAVIER. MODELS AND NHC
GUIDANCE INDICATE THERE REMAINS A GREAT DEAL OF UNCERTAINTY.

SECONDARY S/W TROUGH WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA EARLY IN THE WEEK AND
TEMPS BEHIND THIS SYSTEM WILL BE QUITE COOL. COULD SEE SOME FREEZING
OVERNIGHT TEMPS IN SOME OF THE COOLER LOCATIONS. DB
