Don't know where to put this..Maryland Earthquake!!
I found this on another messageboard (unrelated to weather) and thought it might be of interest on one of these forums.

At 9:30 this morning we had a confirmed earthquake which to my knowledge was the first that we have had here in Maryland.
We heard an extemely loud boom and our walls rattled!!!
No reports of any damage yet..
This is a first for here.
The confirmed earthquake was ten miles north of Annapolis which is where we live.]]

I've seen lots of state/regional BBS posts from people who say they felt it - but have trouble believing that if it was only a 2.0.

I'd assume it would be more appropriate in the Off Topic forum.
