Impressive display of lightning here in Tallahassee this morning. I happen to have a SkyScan lightning detector that I got last Christmas here in my apartment that detects lightning out to about a 40 mile radius, and it has been beeping roughly once every 5 or 10 seconds, and sometimes even more frequently than that. I love that thing! :D
Before daylight, it was really cool to witness the big bolts out the window, while at the exact same time having the lightning detector beep. :D

I can't wait until summer down here in Florida with that lightning detector! :)
