its been raining allllllll day! This is a washed out day. Ive wanted it to day during daylight for a while now, I guess I should be careful what I wish for... :lol:

To most folks in the U.S. temps of 80 or 90 in March are unimaginable....that could be 50+ degrees warmer for them...we live a charmed life down here (if you like 80 or 90 in March of course...and 80 at night all summer which is fast approaching!!!)

there were so many spring breakers and northerners on the beaches today that no doubt their collective body heat gave miami and fort lauderdale the 1 degree needed to beat the record highs for the day

...plus all of the planes carrying the tourists here are producing more exhaust and probably heating the airport weather instruments...

THE HIGH TEMPERATUREMOVED UP TO 90 DEGREES JUST AFTER 4 PM TODAY AT
MELBOURNE. THIS SURPASSES THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF 89 SET IN 1964.
