tireman, houston still cant catch a break, even though Houston Intercontinental hasnt made the list past 2 days, that doesnt mean it wasnt in the 100s .. poor little houston. Houston Intercontinetal today hit 104, the record is 108F set in 1909. To be living through this summer in houston and anywhere in texas this summer, everyone needs an award.

Salt Lake City set a record high low of 77F yesterday (the 25th). It appears to be the latest that has ever occurred (although that's not explicitly mentioned). It also tied the August record with at least two previous days - August 1, 2007 and August 13, 2003.
