According to Environment Canada, Monday's heat set about a dozen new temperature records in Saskatchewan.
The hot spot was the Village of Val Marie, located in the South West corner of the province. They shot up to a sweltering 36 degrees.
At 35.3 degrees, Maple Creek was not far behind.
They were not the only ones feeling the heat. New records were also set in Rosetown, Buffalo Narrows, Eastend, Watrous, and many more.
In Waskesui Lake the thermometer jumped to a toasty 29.4 degrees setting a new record for the community.
But while these are all very warm temperatures, the numbers can be deceiving. It is because with the humidex factored in, the day actually felt much warmer than what the new record highs show.

Hot weather records are being broken all over Saskatchewan this week, with 13 heat records broken on Monday and 12 broken on Tuesday.
Not only is it hot, it's humid too — Environment Canada has issued humidex warnings for Saskatoon and other regions.
The hot spot in the province Tuesday is in the Town of Coronach, where the temperature hit 36.1 C. That wasn't quite hot enough to break the record for that day of 36.9 C set in 2006.
But it was a big contrast to the coldest recorded temperature in the province on Tuesday —12.7 C in Stony Rapids.
The hottest place in Canada was in Garden River, Alta., reaching a high of 36.7 C.
Twelve records fell in Saskatchewan Tuesday and three records were matched.
The highest temperature record broken was in Maple Creek at 34.9 C, up from 32.1 C in 2006.
