Uh, that's not good!

I hope you don't have to evacuate!

It's pouring again in my backyard. I usually get a stream of debris that courses through my backyard into my front lawn when we get a heavy rain. There's a creek behind my court and the neighborhood gently slopes down towards it. I don't see any debris yet but...

pressure down to 987mb in heavy thunderstorm. Looking at regional radar, it seems like the center of the low is over the NC mountains. Anyone else see this?

Im at Virginia Beach and the pressure is at 989. The surf is unimpressive and it has been sunny between the rain, and the wind isn't strong out of the south. Im thinking thats going to change once the wind shifts.

I just looked at the radar and we have a squall line on the way with some wind behind it.

Ok I feel that mine weather system is about 2 to 3mb off right now. I am recording 982mb so it is probably around 984mb or 985 mb. Now I have to figure how to adjust mine station.

984mb, still dropping.

3 inches of rain, not a ton of wind (maybe gusting to 20mph at times). My NOAA Weather Radio has been going off for flood warnings all day.

Looking at the doppler there might be some rotation on the storm in the NC/VA border aproaching the ocean.

If anyone is here check it out
