STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP ACROSS EASTERN
INDIANA AND WESTERN OHIO THIS AFTERNOON. A SEVERE STORM NEAR
EATON WILL TRACK NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH...AND WILL REACH THE WESTERN
DAYTON SUBURBS BY 510 PM...AND DOWNTOWN DAYTON BY 520 PM. ADDITIONAL
STRONG STORMS NEAR URBANA WILL TRACK ACROSS EASTERN PORTIONS OF
CHAMPAIGN COUNTY THROUGH 520 PM. ADDITIONAL STORMS ARE DEVELOPING

F3 is capable of flatening buildings....I wouldn't jump the gun and call it an F4 just yet.

Agreed. It isn't clear if they were flattened - but definitely destroyed. I'd say F3.
