There is a tornado warning in that area.

New tornado threats in the Tulsa area now...should be a new tornado warning soon...

The watch for west-central and southwest MO is a PDS watch until 1 AM.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM CDT FOR GAGE COUNTY... AT 541 PM CDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A LARGE TORNADO ON THE GROUND 5 MILES NORTH OF HANOVER KANSAS. THIS TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR ODELL...OR ABOUT 19 MILES SOUTH OF BEATRICE...MOVING NORTH AT 45 MPH.

Already 15 tornadoes and over 116 total reports. Either way...this has already been an outbreak and it looks like it may become a major or legendary event.

AT 551 PM CDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A MULTI VORTEX
TORNADO ON THE GROUND 2 MILES SOUTH OF ODELL. AT 554 PM THIS
TORNADO WAS LOCATED 7 MILES WEST OF WYMORE...OR ABOUT 9 MILES SOUTH
OF BEATRICE...MOVING NORTH AT 45 MPH AND IS HEADING DIRECTLY FOR THE
CITY OF BEATRICE.

GOOD hook echo on a storm south of tulsa and moving through the skiatook area again...my gosh tulsa weather is horrible

THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF

SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS
SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL MISSOURI

EFFECTIVE THIS THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND FRIDAY MORNING FROM 555 PM
UNTIL 100 AM CDT.

...THIS IS A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION...

DESTRUCTIVE TORNADOES...LARGE HAIL TO 2.5 INCHES IN DIAMETER...
THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE
POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 90 STATUTE
MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 5 MILES EAST NORTHEAST OF KNOB
NOSTER MISSOURI TO 55 MILES SOUTH SOUTHEAST OF SPRINGFIELD
