* MODERATE FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MODERATE FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CREST NEAR 20.8 FEET BY SATURDAY EARLY AFTERNOON.
* IMPACT...AT 20.0 FEET...MODERATE FLOODING BEGINS. HIGHWAY 79 STARTS
