* AT 1144 AM MST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER PORTIONS
OF WEST CENTRAL YAVAPAI COUNTY. RADAR INDICATES THAT TWO TO THREE
INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 11 AM MST AROUND 10 TO 15 MILES NORTHEAST
OF BAGDAD...OVER THE JUNIPER MOUNTAINS TO THE CAMP WOOD AREA.

AT 342 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.
DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES AND OBSERVER REPORTS SHOW THAT 1 TO 3 INCHES
OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ALONG A LINE FROM TRIPP TO TYNDALL TO YANKTON TO
VERMILLION TO SIOUX CITY. MOST OF THE HEAVY RAINFALL HAS ENDED...BUT
AREAS FROM VERMILLION TO SIOUX CITY COULD STILL RECEIVE ANOTHER ONE
QUARTER TO ONE HALF INCH THROUGH 500 PM CDT. RUNOFF FROM THE EARLIER
HEAVY RAINS SHOULD BE DIMINISHING RAPIDLY THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON.
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IN
THE WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE
FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE
